- 1 ripe mango, cubed
- 1 cup papaya, cubed
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 banana, sliced
- Juice from ½ orange
- 2 tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1 tsp. bee pollen
- Gently combine all of the fruit in a medium bowl.
- Pour the orange juice over the fruit and stir gently.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes and bee pollen. Enjoy!
